Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Products that are damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

• Wrong size
• Defective product
• Incorrect item received

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used or washed products
• Products without original tags
• Items damaged by the customer

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to customer preference (such as size or color choice), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
